John is absolutely terrific! We used him to buy our first home, and there was no question we'd use him again when the time came to sell that home and purchase another. If you've seen his videos online, John is as nice and fun as he seems, which is incredibly important for someone with whom you'll spend lots of time navigating the exciting and sometimes stressful process of buying and selling a home. The same is true of Claudia and the rest of the Coleman Residential team.We were expecting selling our house to be super time-consuming and stressful, but the Coleman Residential team took care of most of the work. They made a list of things that needed sprucing up, lined up contractors to give us estimates for repairs and staging, and then did 100% of managing the contractors. Lots of work for them, and very little work for us! It was amazing. They also handled the entirety of the marketing, including leveraging John and Claudia's social media handles to promote the property. John is a seasoned professional, and he's highly skilled at advocating for his clients during negotiations, while also helping his clients to step aside from the emotional side of things. He's incredibly responsive, and he and his team will hustle for you! When we had a last-minute surprise just hours before closing of our new home and then were navigating multiple complex offers with the sale of our house, we were thrilled to have him on our team.
